I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Author, Coach and Creator of the Positive Soul brand.

I help women create massive change in their lives, specifically in the love, confidence, mindset and manifestation department.

I mix an intuitive, spiritual style with practical therapeutic techniques.

I blend the best of the spiritual and psychology world, to provide a unique approach that works for every woman.

I believe you can design your life and co-create a reality wilder than your dreams. In fact, I know this to be true!

I was able to transform every aspect of my life once I applied these teachings to my life.

After years of bad relationships, unavailability and insecurity in love, I learned how to manifest my dream partner. I healed my own insecurities and developed unstoppable confidence. I started my own dream business and let go of the doubts that I couldn’t do so. I learned how to manifest money. I mastered my mindset. I continue to manifest opportunities, friendships, and scenarios on the DAILY.

I tell you all this not to brag, but to show you how this can happen for you, with the proper mindset shifts and guidance.
